I am very grateful for my job. Yes, work is often just that… work. But I am grateful to work in a wonderful environment. I appreciate the integrity and expertise of my partners and staff. I do my best to help patients who sometimes have very challenging circumstances and I aprreciate the goodness and kindness that I see in many of the patients that I meet each day.

Photographers love the early morning and late afternoon light. It is golden light that seems to bring a richness of color and softness of shadows. Many ordinary subjects are trasformed at these special times of the day. I love to shoot in great light. 

There is magic in the air when grandpa, granddaughter and bubbles converge on the same space at the same time. I am grateful for the lessons we learn from these fun loving children. 

Yesterday was my mother’s birthday. She would have been 79. I am grateful for the wonderful home she gave me and for her constant support of my happiness and success. I feel very blessed by my mother’s love. 

I am grateful we have an LDS temple in the Las Vegas Valley. There are scores of chapels in the valley which service our Sunday meetings and mid-week activities. But there is just one temple here. It is a special place for worship, and for eternal ordinances in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Through these ordinances, families can be sealed (bound) together not only in this life but throughout the eternities. This has brought much peace to my soul.
